Mrs. Fortenbaugh

This past week, Mrs. Trish Fortenbaugh, the family consumer science teacher, took a trip to Humble Stitch to look for items for her Textiles Class. Humble Stitch was kind enough to donate many items for her and her students. Mrs. Fortenbaugh explained that she and her students were grateful for the donations. The donations included 12 balls of yarn, 11 pieces of fabric, 6 stitching books, and 10 knitting needles.

Mrs. Fortenbaugh’s Textile students will be using these donations to sew handbags and use the yarn for many knitting projects. The books that were donated will be used to help the students design and make their stitching projects.

Mrs. Fortenbaugh also took her students to Humble Stitch on Mar. 19 to show them more work and materials. She stated, “If any students are interested in taking classes at Humble Stitch you should come see me in the middle school, room 318.” For more information about classes offered, visit https://www.humblestitch.com/.

To his right sits a silly goosey who happens to be the loser of his race Matty Tubioli. To Ruben’s left sits a cutie pie named Jordan Vadasz.
